EQ-i 2.0 Assessment (with Leadership Report)

The EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 are Level B psychometrics and as such require a one-one review with a certified individual.

The assessment is reviewed through a1 hour personalized debrief/coaching session with a Smiling Bowtie coach.

Certified assessors are ICF accredited coaches.

Assess your EQ

Why assess your EQ? To be more effective at work and in life. As a set of foundational human effectiveness skills, EQ skills are the foundation for leadership, teamwork, customer service, sales and life. These skills are necessary for life and you have learned them to some extent throughout your life. Now you have an opportunity to become moreaware of how these EQ skills are serving you or possibly in some cases, not serving you. Your coach will discuss with you what, if anything, you would like to do about your results.

EQ-i 2.0 Leadership report

The EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report places EQ results in the context of four dimensions of a transformational leadership model (Authenticity, Coaching, Insights, and Innovation) and puts EQ results into leadership development language.
